Simply bring in the item or items you would like listed / sold to one of our convenient locations. Choose from one of our two exceptionally simple listing options “The Wizards Wand” or “The Crystal ball”. Leave your item with us. We will take a sufficient number of professional digital photos to portray your item from all angles, prepare a detailed description of your item, and submit it to the proper selling category on eBay in an auction format. All items listed by us feature photos in both normal and super sized as well as a galley display  to maximize exposure to your item.

 Any information you provide about your item is welcomed and encouraged. It is a proven fact that when specific information about an item is supplied such as condition, age, brand, family history etc. it can draw more interest during the listing and greatly increases the opportunity for a sale. A good example of detailed information would be remembering your grandmother’s childhood doll, it was made in Munich by a doll maker named Franz Smit in 1867, has been in the family for over 50 years and is in mint condition. This specific type of detailed information will significantly help us to better describe your doll in the listing as a result attracting the maximum number of potential buyers to it.

 We monitor the progress of your item throughout the duration of the listing during which time potential buyers may request additional information regarding specific questions via e-mail or telephone, we answer all questions in less than a 24 hour period which is very important as most listings are 7 days and potential buyers must get the requested information as quickly as possible to better facilitate the sale of your item. 

When your listed item sells we conclude all financial arrangements with the buyer, prepare your item for its  journey to the new owner which includes, wrapping it, carefully boxing it with adequate protection, purchase and fill out the shipping label, Insuring it, transporting your item to the carrier and tracking your item to be sure it arrives to the final destination. Once this is completed we then issue you a check for your item (normally in 20 days or less from start to finish!)  

 In the case your item does not receive any bid, we offer the follow options:  you simply pick it up, we can re-list it for another sale period or we can donate it to one of the local charitable organizations.
